The Coach and Horses
Weatheroak Hill
Alvechurch
BIRMINGHAM
B48 7EA
One of the first pubs
we really started to go to. Great location and atmosphere make for great night out. In the summer months this place is buzzing.
Good traditional beers and pub food as well as a restaurant. If
you don't mind having a drive then a good place to start.

Swallow Nest
Romsley
This has got to be one of
the best locals around! We had been going on our own for a good
few years and when our first arrival appeared it still proved to be a great place
to go. Very friendly staff and great value for money. Can
get busy as it is very popular but well worth the trip.

Barnt
Green Inn
This is a great place!
Serves everything from fine foods to pub grub. Can be a little on
the expensive side but all in all well worth it. Found in Barnt
Green, just before Alvechurch, I have left the link so that you can see
sample prices and menus. Part of a chain, not tried the others yet
but sure I will do soon.

The Spice Exchange
On the Pershore Road, this is a great Balti house. Have been a
couple of times over the last few years and every time the service and
quality of food have been great. Prices on the higher side but
nothing to drastic. Would definitely recommend the "G&T" Naan! |
